My issues came in when he picked the good contractor for the construction and a good plumbing contractor for the sewer line but the painter he picked was totally useless, it was terrible. They came unprepared. They didn’t showed up with the equipment paint and he expect that the general contractor providing all that. They started painting or spraying the lacquer in the house without proper ventilation. So, his painting contractor was really bad. I wouldn’t happy with him at all.

not reliable ... there are good contractors in Lubbock but this company was not one of them.

Remodeled master bath and added large closet. Subcontractors (Craig Hart Construction) for the construction and plumbing were great. Painting contractor was totally unsatisfactory. Painter arrived without tools or supplies to paint, used incorrect color of paint initially. Had wife with him, failed to ensure that proper are airflow in use when using a toxic undercoating. The plumbers at Reese Plumbing were great even though we uncovered a problem with the sewer line and had to jack hammer half of the foundation to removed bad sewer line. They were easy to work with and the work was great.

I was very impressed by Phil. I liked his professionalism and the fact that he has been in the building and remodeling business for 50+ years. As soon as I can get a date confirmed on my calendar, I will gladly call him and get the job lined up. I also saw that he had a A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau web site.

He came out, looked at what needed to be done, and said that he would give me a quote the next day, but I he never sent it. He seemed like he knew exactly what needed to be done. He went in. He was quick at giving the information. We were quite in and out which gave me the impression of professionalism like he did not like to sit around and talk like some of the others. I was just disappointed that I never got a quote. He was quick to respond out. I would probably consider getting a quote from him just to see if he will give me a quote next time.

The estimate and design process was simple and efficient. The project began splendidly. Demolition work was completed quickly and with a minimum of mess. When construction began, I was informed every step of the way. The workers were friendly and courteous. However, after the framing was completed, progress slowed significantly. There were a few issues with changes in construction plans and appropriate inspections. Numerous periods of days passed with no progress in the construction made. Contact with the company became infrequent and was usually initiated by me. Construction slowly went forward...often with a single worker on-site.
The work that was completed is excellent. The roof blends well into the existing house structure. The lights, fans, and skylights all look and function great. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the project. However, the work has not been completed. There is some minor concrete work to be finished. In order to avoid any injuries, I removed the forms from concrete work and have spent much time cleaning nails from the yard. I have not heard from the contractor in 3 weeks.a

Very satisfactory overall. Truly an unusual builder who is honest and trustworthy. If you lay out the specs and don't make mid changes.you will really be pleased with the job they do.

It took about a week to brick the front of the shop. Then the following week the work to build a roof with cedar 4X6 posts for support and cedar trim. The carpenters also installed insulation to help keep the porch cooler. Then the roofers installed a asphalt shingle roof. When they were finished the metal trim was installed. All workmanship is excellent. All the craftsmen have been very friendly and professional.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! No regrets!!! They did a most excellent job.
