I just tried contacting at the number listed on their page and a man answered, then when I asked if I was speaking with Brent, he just hung up. Not very professional at all. If you aren't going to provide service or don't want to, take your information off of this website!

Took six weeks to get it framed. Should have taken 1 week at the most. Quit showing up to work on the project. Was given advances to pay for each step of the project. Never returned phone calls or worked on the project. I got a call from the electrition stating they were never paid by the contractor. I also had to pay the roofer & insulation contractor. I had to hire another contractor in June to finish the project. This should have been completed in 1 month not 4 months. Always blamed delays on other people. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will never use again.

Rude and very unprofessional to not return telephone calls. If you're not going to return the call, say so in your recorded message and program the answering machine to NOT take a message -- just ask the prospective customer to try again later! --just a suggestion.

I think he may have come and taken measurements but he never showed up to do the job even after several promises. He didn?t follow through and we had to have somebody else come and do it. When I talked to him initially he was very pleasant and he wanted us to remember him for other jobs. We have rent houses out there and we probably would have done that had it gone well.

"I told you when you first called that summer was very busy and asked how soon you needed it done. You said there wasn't any rush because the window was boarded up and wasn't a security issue. A week later you called back and I explained my transmission went out and had just gotten my truck back. You said no problem and that you would be in town that weekend and I told you I would try and get by and get the glass replaced while you were in town. There was never a set time or date on the job in any of our conversations. It took longer to get caught up after I got my truck back then I first thought and I wasn't able to get to the glass just yet. You called and left a nasty message and said "I have been in town for two days and still don't have a glass! Just forget it! Just forget it! " After that message you were removed from my schedule indefinitely whether you had told me to forget it or not. I never, ever promised it would be done on any specific time or date and told you when you called the first time that I was extremely busy and would have to work you in because I was booked up for the next two months. Oh and just FYI......I had the glass cut and was intending on calling you the day you left the nasty message. This job was never done and you listed that it was. Clearly you have a problem with molding the facts to suit your needs. I have a lot of rental property owners I take care of and thousands of other customers. I take extremely good care of my customers and once a customer they are a customer for life. In fact 99% of my business is referrals from other customers. I have never had to advertise and one of my customers suggested my site on this list. All this being said, I regret not being able to please you because I am devoted to customer service. God Bless!"
