I found the company to be very responsive when buying the flooring and the price was reasonable.They ran a couple of days behind when they said they would start the job and ran aa little late in coming to my home the days they worked.  There were some problems and the owner came to the site to resolve them.  I was told that there may be some "bubbling", but it would go away with time. I still have the bubbling and the floor is not even.  I called a couple of times and when I finally was able to talk to the owner, I was told the guarantee had lasped.  He stressed that the guarantee had passed by a couple of months and that he would try to cut me a deal in fixing the flooring. He said he would get with the installer and call me back.  He never did. I made at least 10 calls over a period of several weeks and was told that Mike was not available or that he would call me back.  He never did. I will not use them again because they do not stand by their product.
