The consultation was fantastic - he sat down over an hour making sure I knew exactly what was going on, and helped me make an informed decision.  He DID NOT charge me for coming to Slaton for estimates - I noticed quite a few companies charge for the inconvenience of driving 15 miles out of town.  The men who did the work were fantastic.  They let me know exactly what they were going to do, had great attitudes, and worked without ceasing.  When they turned in the paperwork to the city, they even stayed until the inspector could finish the inspection.  They did a wonderful, fair and concise job.

This was a big job and took a lot of organization and planning. Everything happened on time and as promised. AC bills this summer have averaged $55.00 per month.

Quick response, fair prices, courteous service guy, returned once when we had a small problem (no charge). Overall experience was outstanding.

We had a thermostat that was under a lifetime warranty by Gibson's that malfunctioned and we could not adjust the temperature higher, only lower.
We called Gibson's at 9:30AM this morning and were told they would be here between 3:00PM and 5:00PM. We received a calla t around noon to see if we were home for them to come earlier.
The man from Gibson's came at about 1:10-1:15 and looked at the thermostat and said he would take care of it. He went out to his truck and got a new and changed them out.
It truly was a "Lifetime Warranty". There was no charge to replace it and they didn't pull one of those sneaky "service call" charges for coming out.
We are exceptionally happy with the service we received!!!!!!
Would not consider using any other company.

We purchased 2 new HVAC units last year from Gibson. The past weekend after a very hot spell, we noticed that part of our house was not being cooled to the set temperature. We called Gibson to address the problem. They promptly scheduled a service call. What is even more appreciated was that the service person came within the 2 hour window they set and they called me at work right before he came out so that I could meet him at home. It turned out that the unit that was not working properly was a unit that they had not replaced. They still diligently figured out what was wrong. They could have said anything, including another replacement, but they diagnosed the problem as simply cleaning the outside unit which had been clogged with dirt/dust.
Then just this past weekend, one of our shower heads came off the pipe. The service was again prompt and punctual. I was afraid of anothe rbig job becasue the head fixture had broken off inside the wall. The plumber had a tool that was able to rethread the pipe and the cost was minimal.
Gibson may not be the cheapest provider, but so far they have proven to be trustworthy and fair. For consumers like me who have limited to no knowledge of HVAC and plumbing repair, the piece of mind is worth it.

My experience with them was satisfactory. They came when they said they would, and they were prompt. I would use their services again in the future.

They were outstanding all the way around. They gave me an appointment time and they showed up exactly on time. They do real good quality work; we had no problems there. We are always satisfied with the work they do. Their prices are a little high, but their quality and service were good.

They will then come in May to do the A/C. They are very professional.

I worked directly with Scott Gibson to determine exactly what type of improvements could an would be made. Several alternatives were presented and all involved different products and different prices. Once my wife and I decided what we wanted to do, the work was scheduled within two weeks.

The work was started on the scheduled day and was completed within 3 days. The crew as very professional, started about 8:00-8:30 AM every morning, and worked without delay. Each member of the crew was likable, considerate, hard working, and appeared to be happy with their respective jobs. In the process of the work, I worked with 5 different employees of the company on the job and 2 people in the office.

Everything that they told me they would do was completed as scheduled. I am extremely pleased with the final product of their work. I think the thing that most impressed me was the fact that if they saw something that need to be fixed, they fixed it, whether we had specificlly talked about it or not.
