real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreI paid for my appraisal, then he was the contractor that picked it up from Nationwide Appraisals. He completed the appraisal in a fair time frame. I have now been waiting for a report for 9 days now. Claims he is "out of town" or too busy. Unsure if I will be able to close on my house on time. After I asked him for the report, he claims it is harassment to want the report I paid for! He turned the report in after 7 days, per their requirement. Then it was returned to him for corrections for poor work. I stay in touch with the Appraisal that contracted him and every time they call him, he says he is "working on it right now". This has been the answer for 24 hours, and three phone calls. I do not recommend!!!
