It was ok.

Problem was diagnosed as the power cord terminal block. Did not repair due to the age of the dryer.

He was quick, prepared, honest and straightforward. He answered all my questions.

PERFECT!!! STEVE THE OWNER BOOKED APPOINTMENT AND COMPLETED THE REPAIRS WITH 24 HOURS AND WAS FAIR WITH PRICING ON EACH JOB. I HAVE USED HIM TWICE NOW THE LAST TWO MONTHS AND I DONT HAVE ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT!! I would Highly recommended ELITE APPLIANCE REPAIR and I know the next time I have a problem they will be the first person I call!!

The serviceman told us the leak was coming from a stopped up drain line and to call a plumber. He only charged us for the service call. I was impressed by his honesty. He could have told us the pump needed repair or we had a bad valve in the washer but he told us the truth. He was professional.

I was listening to TV and heard a commercial for Angie's List and decided to check it out. That led me to several reviews for appliance repair on the list and it didn't require much effort to find Elite Appliance Repair and very good reviews. I contacted him Friday evening and he scheduled his earliest appt. for Monday. He called on Monday afternoon and was able to arrive early. He had a new circuit board already in his truck and had it installed within 30 minutes and the unit immediately started cooling. We highly recommend Steve for courteous, fast & appropriate repair. We have his magnetic business card attached to the refrigerator in case we ever need him again. Thanks to Angie's List, I am a happy customer!!!

Good. Steve is a good conscious and knowledgable repairman. It has been a long time since we needed an appliance repair and was referred to Elite. I am glad to say it was a good decision and now I have someone to call in the future.

Steve committed to appointment window of 9:00-11:00am and arrived before 9:30 and completed repair by 11:30.  He identified the problem to be a failed controller circuit board, obtained a replacement and installed. Very professional.

I called and he was available to come the next day (Friday). I had called other places and they couldn't come until after the weekend (Monday). He actually came early! He called and asked if he could come now which was about 2 hrs before he was scheduled. Needless to say I said and quot;Come on overand quot;. He found the problem and replaced the part in about and hour. I am very pleased with his service.

I called Steve on Friday, and he said he would be able to come by between 9 and 10 on Saturday morning. He showed up just as he said, took a quick look, made a diagnosis, and called his parts dealer. After he found that the part was in stock, he made a quick run to finish up another job, picked up the part, and came back around noon. Two hours later the parts were in and the dishwasher was running as good as new again.
Also, this dishwasher had been installed before we put new wood flooring in the kitchen, effectively raising the floor height in front of the dishwasher. I thought that it was going to be a problem getting it out, and that we might even have to remove some of the upper molding that framed the dishwasher. However, Steve was able to adjust the height on the feet and get it out easily. He really took the extra effort to make sure it was done right.

Ok a limitless more expensive than I thought it would be.

Steve came and picked up our microwave almost to the minute when he said .
He also brought back the microwave in the time frame he quoted us, and of course it was completely repaired.
I found him very professional and friendly. He took the time to answer all our questions I will use him again

Was friendly on the phone and was able to come out the next day. Arrived on time, was friendly and competent. Figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. This Ice maker works better than when it was new.

They were very good. They got the job done.

He was able to get to me the same day, and came in under the estimate. He was very professional and finished fixing my dryer the same day. Parts and labor were extremely resonable! Would use him again.
