+ -1 moreDean is very pleasant to work with. He did all the touch-ups we asked for without any protest. He responded quickly when we contacted him. He was worth waiting for.
Description of Work: He painted the interior of home. He repaired some damaged wood in several places on the outside. He installed new ceiling fans & light fixtures. He put quarter round over edge of new floors.He took out a non-functioning gas light & grill.
