D's Pest Control

The guy came and told me he would do a very good job. He sprayed inside and said he would spray outside and put down granules in the yard which he did not do. I called the office to ask, I was told I couldn’t see the granules as they were powdery and that it took two weeks to kill ants! I have never heard that! I was told Rafe would call me back which he didn’t until on Friday asked to talk to his boss! When he did call he said they did not have the product he needed. I asked him why he didn’t just tell me or have Kameron tell me. He said he didn’t know. He never apologized just kept saying his order had not come in. He said he hoped it came soon. I wonder about other customers who don’t know that think their yards were treated. He said he would have the girls let me know when they might come back but I didn’t need to be here. I told him I would definitely need to be told before hand so that I would be here. This is the third incident I have had with them. It is so sad that they would not tell their customers up front. Also they are evidently asking their employees to lie to the customer!

D's professional was punctual. I quickly briefed him on dastardly ant-sightings. He answered my questions in a way a lay-person can understand, but without being patronising. He handled the kitten-handicap well, keeping our two kittens contained and working around their containment - they are big enough to go out yet (though they would argue). The job took about one hour. He was thorough. Payment was via card / by phone over the office. All in all an efficient and professional operation.

They were the cheapest.  I called a bunch of companies and they offered me the same kind of service like the other ones and they were the cheapest one.  The service was good.  They called me and then they came and checked the service.  They are a good company.

The service was excellent. They are very good at what they do. They take care of the problem, if we have bugs they come out and get rid of them. They are a great company, courteous, prompt and do a terrific job.

This was a spray treatment for roaches. We have used D's before and have always been pleased with their service.

Supposedly they use more organic kinds of chemicals that are not so toxic. Everything was good.
