THEY CAME 3 TIMES, THE FIRST 2 TIMES THEY HAD TO BE CALLED BACK TO FIX OR DO THINGS LEFT UNDONE, AND ALL 3 TIMES THEY DID NOT RE-SET THE BURGULAR ALARM, WHICH I CALLED THEM ABOUT AND THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD "THE NEXT TIME". THE 3rd TIME OUT, I CAME HOME TO FIND MY BATHROOM RUGS IN THE FLOOR ACROSS THE HALL AND THE CHAIR/OTTOMAN BY THE BACK DOOR WAS COVERED IN DIRT, WHAT LOOKED LIKE THEY PUT THE UN-VACCUMED BACK DOOR RUG ON THE OTTOMAN WHILE THEY DID THE FLOOR, THEN PUT THE RUG DOWN BUT LEFT THE DIRT AND MESS ON THE OTTOMAN. THEY PAY NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL AT ALL. WHAM-BAM GET OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, LOUSY JOB EACH TIME, GOOD RIDDANCE!

Quality of work was disappointing; not terrible, simply not complete (i.e. dust on tiny, exposed kitchen shelves was untouched).

They come out every 3 weeks for me. Three ladies came out and their manager the first time and they did a deep cleaning. Now 2 ladies come out and just do a basic cleaning for us. They vacuum and clean the kitchen. We like the ladies who come out for us. They stay for about an hour and 15 minutes to up to hour and 45 minutes.

They could schedule me in when I needed them in front of a large party I was having. They arrived promptly with 3 ladies and worked for 5 hours. The work was well done though some small things were missed. Essentially, they did the same quality of work in the same man hours as it would have taken my husband and I to have done the cleaning IF we had had the two days to get it done. The price was high but comparable to other cleaning quotes I got. We really appreciated the timeliness and quality.

With our alarm system, I could tell exactly what time they entered and left the house. They usually sent 3 people and the time they spent cleaning kept getting shorter and shorter, and they seriously only started spending about 30 minutes cleaning my house. Over the 3 or 4 months that I kept them on, we had several issues. On one visit, they broke a glass handle holder from my wedding. On another visit, they broke the kitchen faucet... although they denied it (but It worked when I left that morning, and when I got home at lunch to check the house after they cleaned, the faucet was coming apart and spewing water everywhere). My husband kept telling me to get rid of them but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. The last straw for me happened when I got home at lunch one day after they had just cleaned, I noticed a big wet spot on my entry way table. I grabbed a towel to clean it up and whatever they had put on the table, completely took off the staining and the finish. I called to complain and didn't get so much as an apology.

They brought 3 people over and they worked 3 hours. We have very high standards and they met them all, and everything that I asked them to go back to they took care of it. They did a great job and the workers had a great attitude.

This was my second time to use Custom Maids...the first time was for an initial clean which was more expensive. I was overall satisfied so will use them on a regular basis, 2x a month.

House was vacuumed, floors washed, toilets and tub and shower stall were cleaned, horizontal blinds, ceiling fans, inside doors, table tops, and counters were cleaned. Cleaning of inside windows was about $45 extra.
Very pleased with the work done and the professional staff.

I liked the job that they did and the girls that they used most of the times. They had different girls sometimes. I had one to whom I was paying a monthly fee also for a while; they had a coupon for this and it was cheaper.

Although Custom Maids is the only company I have ever had to clean my house and I will not ever use any other company!

Well I had problems with finding an company to do the cleaning. Then I heard about custom maids from Angie's List. Called them and they were able to come right away. It was great. They arrived about 20 minutes late but it only took them 1 hour and 20 minutes to clean the house. A little pricey but got the job done.
