She did not provide the best of service for us, the buyer. She was more interested in making the sale than looking out for our best interest.  We required, per contract, that repairs to the house before closing date were to be done by A+ BBB contractors and she was to provide receipts of the work done.  All the receipts we received were not BBB rated or on Angie's List.  Two days before closing we went to the house and had our home inspectors meet us there and we found where the plumbing problems were not repaired properly.  Additionally, meetings with the realtor were most of the time cancelled or rescheduled and cancelled, and we were left with the information we needed in a folder at the office for pick-up with no chance to ask questions and go over the material.  Very frustrating at times.
