Rudy and crew were upmost professionals - basically conducted a whole house inspection, advised where I needed and where I did not need work done and what options were to fix problems I had identified. Provided accurate estimate, kept me updated as work progressed, cleaned up afterword.

Horrible. Personal was rude and mean. Chester had an attitude, and Rudy was plain rude. Horrible service

Everything was excellent. Our installer arrived on time and reviewed the work first, then gave us a price and set to work. The entire job took less than 2 hours and he cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend and rehire.

Electricians came in during the time slot that was promised and were professional from the start. They introduced themselves and asked what the problem was. They explained what they were going to do to diagnose the issue and then explained what they were going to do to fix it. The problem was fixed and they cleaned up after themselves to leave the area looking as it did before they arrived. The process took less than one hour to complete.

Two very professional gentlemen arrived on time to start the project. Very informative and easy to talk to. Very willing to go the extra mile to do things the right way the first time. They also discussed what it would take to install a new circuit for our travel trailers which we will do in the future. They also provided information about pricing as well as tips for homeowners. Outstanding in every way!

Earlier this month, a couple smoke detectors in my home started ?chirping?.  I?m no longer comfortable on a ladder so on Wednesday, 23 July, I called CMW Electrical to change the batteries for me.  I talked to the manager, Ed Walker, and initially he said they were booked until the following week.  I explained that I had initially called a competitor, Lee Electric, but they failed to show so I had been listening to the ?chirping? for over a week and it was getting a little old.  He apparently took pity on me and said he would see what he could do and definitely call me later in the afternoon.  About 5:15 Ed called and said he was on his way.  The batteries were changed in about 20 minutes but one of the detectors continued to ?chirp? and after nearly an hour of troubleshooting we installed a new unit.
 Everything was great and I now know who my electrician is for any future work.  I do think the price was a bit high although given the facts:  1)  I contacted Ed about 2:00 PM;  2)  Even with the problem with one detector, the work was completed by about 6:30 PM;  3)  Ed did the job mostly on his own time.  So the grade for price should actually be a B+ or, maybe, an A-.

I'm completely satisfied with the service Ed Walker provided. He was on time and explained everything he was doing. He found the electrical problem and corrected it in the amount of time he said it would take. CMW Electrical is a great service provided and I'll be using them in the future.

From the first phone call I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy. Johnny was prompt and had the problem fixed in no time. He explained everything he did, cleaned up and best of all did the job under his appraisal. I would use this company again, and I would ask for Johnny to return. Thanks CMW for a job well done.
