They are really friendly, easy to work with, and just an all-around great company. That is why I continue to use them. It is pretty much looking through a catalogue. They can get anything you want. They do not have a whole lot there, but they can get it the next day. So, it is really not an issue.

As soon as the parts came in Chuck came out to install everything.  They were very professional and fast.  I recently bought the home and Chuck took the time to explain how everything worked in the pump house. I will defintely use Classic in the future!

I have had great feedback from him and his liason, Trish.  I have tried to contact and work with quite a few pool service people in the Lubbock area and the results have been poor for the most part.  I wish I had found these folks three years ago.  I am very pleased with the work that was done.

As for cost for work to be done I basically was expecting the amount given in the estimate.  So no real stcker shock as well.

I needed some pool and spa consulting and work, and was told classic may have built my pool back in the 80's. Chuck showed up and within seconds new he didn't build my pool and really had no opportunity in working with me because my needs were outside of his offerings. But he stayed for a long time helping us understand what was needed and how it could be accomplished. I called him a day later stating something had gone wrong and needed advice, he showed up that afternoon and fixed it at a very fair price. That was classy of him, and I would recommend his company to anyone!
