Very welcoming, friendly attitude while advertising Christian values.  If you've had a good experience here then let me guess, a simple maintenance or your minimally concerned about how your vehicle is serviced as long as it is. From what I gather after finding so many others that despise this shop, they hook you in with outrageous diagnostic and testing prices that at the point they finally find any issue, real or not, you're already too invested in time and money to take it elsewhere. I brought my Porsche in, which had been sitting for 2 years in a garage.  I asked for an alignment (I put on new tires) and asked to check/change all the vehicles fluids.  In short, when I picked up the vehicle, they said "we aligned the vehicle best we could".  They didn't understand the suspension (common to many sports cars), and instead of calling me and telling me they weren't qualified, they did the best they could...  It pulls to the side at highway speed so obviously their best isn't very reliable.   They suggested changing my belt (along with many other things),informing me it'd be around $125.  What they didn't tell me it was around $125 for the service and then they charged around $125 for the belt.  From a Porsche dealer the belt is $48 and the total cost out the door from Porsche is around $150.   Then they charged me $35 to clean my air filter (a permanent filter that's gets cleaned instead of replacing).  Hey I did agree to it but strangely it was only 3 months old and secure from the elements under the trunk lid. And then there were the fluids.  Nothing was even brought up which made me think that they checked and all was good.  Check they did not.  I went to another mechanic and explained my concerns, he drained the radiator and some of the clutch fluid in front of me and showed me that they were in poor condition, it was very easy to tell how bad; and feeling bad about my poor Christian Brothers experience, knocked a chunk off my bill.  I will be providing a positive review soon. And just to add, they wanted to charge several hundreds of dollars to run diagnostics on my vehicle.  I have a $20.00 OBD2 code reader and software on my phone that tells me any code issues and resets them if need be. I could add plenty more to this review but it's already a little long as is, point is I left there feeling taken and wondering what services were actually performed. Again, great customer service.  That makes it easier for them to convince you they are treating you right.   I went ahead and voiced my disappointment on their website and the franchise owner, Josh Page ([email protected] 806-441-3359 M) reached out to me.  I responded via email right away but he never bothered to respond.  I even sent him links to the $48 Porsche belt questioning why mine was so much.  Overall my concern was whether or not due diligence service was performed on my vehicle and upon discovering that it wasn't, then please explain why or rebuke my accusations.  Their silence speaks volumes. In closing, heed the many negative reviews of these people.  The only values they have are for the almighty dollar and their cloak of Christian values is just a ploy.  Ask around as well, I was shocked at all the negative experiences people have had there.  If someone was happy with them, ask to what extent was the amount of work that was performed.  I assure you it will be a minor service.  There really are numerous GOOD, RELIABLE, HONEST mechanics in this town but for what its worth, IMHO, this isn't one of them. If you currently rely on them for service, please review your bills an call your dealership for their rates.  I think you'd be pleasantly surprised that the dealer costs as much or probably less while being experts for your make and model.  I encourage you to contact me if you'd like to know more about my experience or which mechanics I've had good experiences with.

Unfortunately, it was fixed initially and then I started having the same problem.

They were very fast, professional, and clean.

Great service at this location! Oil was changed within an hour, the office staff is professional and courteous. They even fixed the plastic guard underneath the engine at no charge!

It went great. I was nervous because I was female but went great. They took the time to show me what was wrong with vehicle and what it would take to fix it. They did not pressure me into fixing all up front let me decide. Was impressed with that. Thank you Christian Brothers.
