Carpet World was a pleasure from the salesman to the installers. We are very pleased with the product and service.

The in-store salesperson was very helpful when I came in to choose the carpet, and the gentlemen who installed the carpet were on time, very good at what they did, and picked up after themselves before they left. I was very pleased at the results. The carpet looked great, and the house sold quickly for above the asking price, after multiple offers.

Ordering and installation went fine. After about 2 years the carpet started to stretch and buckle. They did not stand behind their work and we had to hire individual contractor to restretch it. After 3 more years it was buckling again. We chose to put in wood floors and used another company even though their bid was slightly lower.

Barry Hendricks from Carpet World met me at my dad's house in July. It was a very difficult time for me b/c we had just moved my dad from his home in Lubbock to a memory care unit in Austin. Dad's house had fallen into some disrepair, so we wanted to get it ready to sell without spending more than necessary. Barry was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, personable, sympathetic, and he listened. He helped us select carpet and tile for the entire house that were well within our budget. Estimates were fast and spot on and he made it easy to conduct business long distance over the phone. His crew pulled the old material out in July and waited for the new paint and other repairs to be complete, which wasn't done until December. He stayed in close contact throughout this time. We had a few issues develop once installation began due to the age of the house, and he was prompt, honest, and accurate about costs. Installation was fast and looks great. Everyone is amazed at how great the tile looks especially. Very professional. I can't recommend Carpet World enough.
