Ricky always showed up each day on time and got a lot done each day. I was impressed with the work he did.

Went very well. Called & came the same day. Repair did not take long.

The electrical output from my a/c unit was larger than my breaker box could handle. It constantly blew fuses and didn't seem to cool. I called Ricky at Caprock and returned my call immediately, came out and gave me an estimate. He said he would try to fit me in ASAP!! We've all heard that before. I followed up with him to apply a little pressure, and make sure I was still at the top of his list. It was scheduled to be 104 degrees and I was desperate. Ricky called and came by my house earlier than expected. Not only did he switch my breaker boxes, I no longer need to replace fuses. He gave me a switch to trip the breaker. That's what I call above and beyond.!!! His work was excellent!! Professional and neat !! We ran into a snag, when they cut the electricity...Ricky quickly rectified the situation and got my a/c up and running, a little under estimate. Ricky and his assistant, Bob were fantastic!!! I will definitely call Caprock for all of my electrical needs.

It's not a huge company. I think it's a one man operation. He was very professional. We just told him what we wanted done and without asking any questions he got it done. He was the owner I guess.
