Zack was friendly and professional! I called on a Tuesday and my dryer was fixed by Thursday morning. He knew exactly what was wrong and got it done quickly and efficiently. The final bill was the same as the estimate he gave me over the phone. Highly recommend!

They were great. They knew exactly how to fix it and had the part ready. I also appreciated how patient they were with my toddlers children watching them (repair men seem to be fascinating!)

The person's name is Zak Ball. He is a very nice person. I felt as if I knew him for a while and he is very personable. He shows you everything, talks to you about it and lets you know the cost of it to get it done. He was really good and for a matter of fact, I saw him down the street the other day, repairing for someone else. I will use his services in future.
