Their crew was very helpful in getting us moved to our new house. They even moved some things that were not packed properly, and while they said they couldn't guarantee the unpacked items, they were very careful and everything made the trip undamaged. Would use them again and will recommend them to my parents for an upcoming move.

Very well less time needed than was planned for. I would use them again.

It all went well, little or no damage.

Byron Cowling had two men come to our home first thing in the morning. They were on time and worked quickly. They were able to get all that we needed them to in one load. They were finished by 4:00 or 5:00 that evening, but we didn't have very far to move. The only complaint we had was that they hooked our washer up wrong so I would double chech that, but otherwise we had no problems with them. They even went out of their way to help us get our refrigerator to fit in it's place when it was too tall.

Overall well. Some minor damage in transit.

They arrived a little late (15 minutes) but were very courteous and fast. Nothing was damaged, and their price was better than others I'd called, and they take credit cards. Easiest move I've ever done. I would definitely call them again.

Started out well. Ended horribly. BC was not prepared and did not step up to the plate to fix a move gone bad.

Two gentlemen came over to do the moving; one older guy and one younger guy. The experience was very good. The guys were extremely polite. They were very careful in getting things into the house and they tried not to hit anything. They did a nice job. They got here a few minutes early as opposed to being late. We had them contracted from 8 to 10. They worked right up till 10. There was still a little bit in the truck, but not enough to be worth another hour so we told them that we would get the rest of it. They did everything they could to help us out in any way they could. We couldn't have asked for a better couple of guys.

They were very careful with our items. They were organized. They were friendly and efficient. They were great to work with.

Called at last minute and they were able to schedule us in. Moved during the hottest part of the day. They were on time and completed job with in the time period quoted. Did not have much to move but it was large furniture and bedroom pieces. They took great care when moving these pieces.
Price was similar to other places we called.
Would use them again.

They did a great job. I would use them again and would say they would do a good job for anyone.

They were on time, had the right equipment, were professional, and didn't waste any time. It took them a little over 2 hours to move all of the big furniture (they did not move or pack the kitchen, clothes, towels, etc). The price listed includes the tip we gave.



The only negative thing I can say is that we have since found a few minor scratches on furniture (that they probably didn't know about and were not bad enough to contact the company), and they broke a piece off of our toddlers play kitchen (which the movers probably did know about, but didn't mention- again, not a big enough deal to contact the company).



Hopefully we won't be moving again locally any time soon, but if we do, I would use them again.

Good moving company overall. I had 2 movers, they were very punctual. I expressed that I wanted to be under the 2 hour limit and they made a great effort to honor my request. They did not take any breaks, which saves me money. The only complaint that I have is that one of the movers seemed more inexperienced. He tried to drag my mattress and box springs when trying to move them, good thing I was keeping an eye out. Overall a good experience and would use them again in the future.

They were fine. The only objection I had was that they put one item inside another item, and I needed the first item that they had hidden away. I wasn't able to get to it in the storage unit. There wasn't anything terrible about them. I thought they were fine.

They did a very good job with a very reasonable price. I am very happy I used this company again. The only complaint is that they never responded to my initial inquiry by email. I should have called them.

The movers were polite, strong, professional and punctual. They took only a short break and finished the work very quickly. They did not cover the mattress and sofa with clear wrapping film like some big moving companies do, but they did not get dirty.
