Mr Silva and crew did a nice job on matching replacement bricks, matching mortar color and respecting property around the work site. Their workmanship was tops. They were respectful and professional.

Emmanuel did a good job. They were prompt and on time when he said he would be there. They cleaned up after finishing the project. Would recommend and will continue to let him work for me in the future. Barry

This company was quick to respond and the repairs were completed in about an hour (small job) and look great.

They increased costs throughout the whole process and would ask for money prior to work completion and did not honor military discount they damaged fitness equipment and scratched wood floors and removed my floor coverings to move their tools and equipment and scaffolding, they broke my pocket door, left stains on the sidewalk, curb and street they would show up late each day and they left tash and food crumbs and drinks all over my property, ruined xeriscaping they had no concern for anything. Once they got the check they drove off and did not come back until I begged them to come back to complete final touches. When they did come back they did not complete or repair the brick and stone columns. The mortar and debris was never cleaned up either.

Very polite and work was completed quickly. Highly recommended.

I submitted a request on Angi and within minutes Emmanuel called me about the job. I sent him pictures of a stone mailbox I had backed into and he promptly replied with a quote and when he could do it. Sure enough, Emmanuel and Steve showed up when he said he would and made the mailbox look like it did originally before I destroyed it all in about 2 hours. The price was amazing considering what I was told by others it would cost. They were so nice and easy to work with! I will be using Brick Dawg for any other construction needs I may have in the future and advising others to do the same. Thanks guys!

The very best contractor that I have hired in a very, very long time! I was in need of extensive “ tuck pointing.” I had put it off way too long. I wanted to save the money and have it done first class, nothing to be desired. I live in Florida and my property is in Lubbock, Tx. I really didn’t even know where to start. I called three contractors to request bids. Emmanuel with Brick Dawg Construction immediately surpassed the others. His estimate was in line with the others. What made my decision for me was when I visited with him on the phone. He is very personable and likable. However, before I officially gave home the job I asked if he could call me in the evening to iron out all of the details and make sure that we were on the same page. Living out of state made this challenging. I didn’t want a big job to go sour. I made my expectations regarding quality, cleanliness, professionalism, punctuality, positive interaction with tenants and attention to details very clear. Upon giving him the job, I asked for his projected start date. I then booked a flight reservation to fly in for the sole purpose of evaluating the job. He didn’t disappoint! He started when he said he would and finished on time. He and his crew went above and beyond to do the job as he promised. My tenants were extremely complimentary of the entire staff. The attention to detail and the desire to please is indescribable! I highly recommend!!

Emmanuel Silva went the extra effort on reconstructing a brick mail box with an anchored cast iron pot on its pedestal. Found matching bricks to replace broken ones, and did it in a minimal amount of time!
