Leaks after 1st year. Talked to owner once. He said he'd come out and look. Screened my calls for the next two months. Hired somebody else. They didn't caulk around pipes and vents. Damaged trim at 4 years. Won't return calls. Drip edge is installed incorrectly and not enough overlap with the edge of the shingles. Did the same thing on my neighbors roof across the street.
