I explained to Chad that I wanted to be able to have locks on both my gates for security reasons. Also wanted the 'pretty' side of the fence to be on the outside for the same reason. No arguments at all from him or his crew. I did become concerned when I looked at my back gate because it seemed that the lock was going to be on the outside of the gate. The crew reassured me it would be the way I wanted. 
My old fences were removed and taken away by the crew and still have not found any nails or screws in my yard that was left behind by them.

I had called 3 companies for bids on replacing my fence at my new house. I had some very specific requests that I gave all the companies. All the prices were fairly close together and the reason I picked this company was they listened to my requests. Chad met me at the house & we discussed exactly what I had wanted-he included all of my requests in his bid which neither of the other companies did. When they started on my fence I had noticed a problem with the ability to lock my back gate. I brought this to the attention of the workers & was told not to worry that Chad was going to take care of this (he did).The work was done in a very timely manner especially since we did have a wind storm come in on the second day of the job. Have not found any nails or scraps of fencing anywhere on my property which was not the case when I had had another fence built sometime ago. All in all a very satisfactory experience & people that have seen my fence are very impressed with it. Definitely a great company!!!!!
