Overall poor experience with them.
The good:
Packers did a good job packing.
The head mover was professional and helpful.
Unloading went well with no damage or lost boxes.
The bad:
They failed to verbally tell us we would need a plumber (at our expense) to disconnect the washer, gas dryer, and refrigerator water line. It was in the contract but they should have mentioned it to us. The movers showed up and told me they would not disconnect them so I had to scramble to get this done.
They damaged the wood on our fireplace.
The delivery window in the contract was too long - 8 days. They would not agree to a shorter delivery window. This was at the height of the moving season so maybe this is typical during late August. They took the full delivery window - 8 days - to deliver our household goods.
We had asked for door frame pad protection for all doorways - this was not done.
