Description of Work: Was hired through American Home Shield - to fix pressure lines on pool.

Description of Work: We have tried to use this company for years. They never keep their appointments and when they do show up...we have recently discovered...they make things worse. 1. In cleaning our filter they broke an important piece. They admitted they broke it but still told us it would be 250 dollars to replace it. 2. They took out a different broken piece and told us it was not needed. A different person from the company came out a year later and told us that piece was mandatory. 3. This last time they came out and told us we should just do the repairs ourselves after not showing up for three days after the pump broke. Do not trust them.

Description of Work: lousy service. my pool looked like a swamp. i cleaned it many time and purchased chemicals to kill the green algea. the co supposed to provide all chemicals. the pool floorr was never vacumed fully. floor was left half vacumed at best. and debries from skimmer were dumped next to pool so slightest wind blow them back in pool. the cleeaning tool were inveraibly left in yard not storage. do not use period

Description of Work: I have used Aquatrol several times in the past couple of years. Before that, I have tried a couple of others. I will ALWAYS use Aquatrol in the future. They WAY outshine any other company. They always answer their phones, they get service people to your house ASAP, they fix your problem as quickly as possible, and they come back as many times as needed in order to get the problem fixed. This time, my pump was leaking and they had to replace a pump plate and gasket. Once the had it apart, they realized it needed a new impeller as well. We did have to wait about 5 days for the impeller to come in, but as soon as they received it, they were back at my house installing it. Once it they turned it back on, they noticed another leak, and fixed that. After waiting 24 hours for the seal to set, I turned the pump back on and noticed right away that there was significant leaking around the multi-valve. I called them back and they were out the next day to tighten down the bolts. Problem fixed. Pump is running like a charm now. 4 service calls and they only charged my $65 for labor!! Plus parts for a total of $375. Will I use them again? You betcha!! Thanks, Aquatrol, for making me believe in customer service again!
