ALTER-RAIN ROOFING SPECIALISTS

The company was reffered to me by a co-worker. I called and scheduled an estimate immediately. The gentleman that showed up was very polite and professional. We agreed on a price and they started the work within days. Long story short, they left nails, shingles and Beer cans scattered all over my front and back yards. I could not communicate with any of the men that were installing the new roof because they were all Spanish speaking and I am not. When I called the comapny to report my concerns, Someone came out the next day, cleans up the mess and apologizes. Two months later, we turn on the heater and it does not work, we call the heating company and they inform us that the roofers failed to return the "Chimney Cap" to it's proper place. The next spring, (6 months later) we start to get wet spots on the ceilings inside the house. We call All-Terain and they deny any responsibility. We call another roofing company and they tell us that in adition to the poor quality of work, the roofing materials used did not meet code for habitations. It was only for structures like barns and detached garages. We present the written documentation to All-Terrain and they came out and did a "Patch job" with a lot of attitiude. When we asked that the ceilings be repaired, we were told to "take them to court"
