I purchased the Angie's list special for 8 hours of landscape work on 2/19/2015. I heard from them on 2/24/2015, telling me that their computer had been down. They wanted to know what type of work I need done. I replied on 2/25/2015 that I needed to replace some wood shavings in the plant area in front of my house with crushed stone. Joe replied on 2/26/2015 that he would be glad to do that for me. And he would be in contact as soon as the weather cleared. Not having heard from him on 4/02/15 I sent him a message that I was ready as soon as he could get to it. I received no response. I sent him another message on 4/10/2015 stating that I had not heard from him since February and wanted the work that I had paid for done. I received no response. I called his business phone and got an answering machine. I left a message for him to contact me. I have had absolutely No response from All Pro Lawnscapes.
I turned the matter over to Angie's list for help. There was still no response fro All Pro Lawnscapes.
I am contacting the BBB today.

They did a nice job.

I called and left a message. Received a call back within four hours. They came by and gave me an estimate the next day. I asked that the work be completed within two weeks. The crew came by and performed all work in one afternoon a week after the initial meeting. All were very hard workers and did a great job including a thorough clean up after the project.

Joe and his crew did a good job. They cut back the native grasses we have in our front yard and racked leaves, etc.

I've been looking all summer for someone to do my lawn work who was reasonably priced, reliable and professional in there work. Joe Hinkle as the "real deal" and I couldn't be happier!

Overall it went great.

Cut the grass close where the mulch was to be laid out, installed quality flexible steel borders around areas,  laid down quality landscaping fabric and then the mulch.  Clean up was excellent.  A few glitches which he fixed quickly.
Good eye for design and knowledge of what kind of mulches are best.Also killed weeds and some tree trimming.  Honest, trustworthy (both of which are  sorely needed in today's commerce)!  Even though he had an injured foot, that did not keep him from completing this big job in one of the most satisfying results I've had in home improvements since coming to Lubbock in 2006.

It was AWESOME! I was told that it would take 2 days and was completed in 1! I now am enjoying a green, grassy yard instead of brown dirt!  They are checking on the progress of the yard and making changes as needed in order to keep it on track.
