He provided very detailed explanation on what he would recommend and roughly what it would cost. He encouraged that we get other estimates and to give him a chance to beat another offer if it where cheaper than his. We are still getting other offers but there is a good chance that we will use them for the work we were very impressed during the estimate.

I got 3 bids from different contractors and went with All in One as the lowest bid. Though it took a few phone calls to get the bid broken out (in order to ask neighbors whose fences were also affected if they'd like to share the cost), the process went very well and was very professional once it began. The final product is very nice and the neighbors did decide to share the cost, as well as have another portion of their own fence replaced by this contractor.
