Work is excellent. Brad at Alcoe kept me informed of progress and schedule via phone and text messages. All worker and sub-contractors were professional, timely and did superior work. Final project completion was 14 days ahead of my requested schedule. The project included preparing the ground for new concrete, removing a large tree, re-aligning in-ground sprinklers, pouring new concrete slab, construction of new pergola (approximately 15 feet by 22 feet), delivering new spa, electric hook up, filling spa and administering initial chemical treatment to water. Alcoe also gave me detailed briefing on normal maintenance and operations. All in all a very professional installation.
