 + -1 moreHe did not show up or answer his phone or voice mail. I contracted this guy to do some roofing and fence repair. He never did show up. I tried to call and he does not answer his phone. He does not answer voice mail. He has not street address nor no listed phone number. He apparently uses prepaid telephone service. Totally lacking in ethics and integrity. Sometimes he operates under the name of Ruben Flores, but no phone listing is under that name. Avoid this guy.
Description of Work: He was supposed to build a short fence and check the roof of my house for leaks
