The price wasn’t bad, and the quality of work was very good.

They were on time and did a good job.

They moved all of my stuff from Shallowater to Lubbock without any hassles.  They were so prompt and friendly and I was really impressed.  Despite the hot day and the heavy old TV, they never batted an eye.  I would highlyl recommend this company to others.  I see them more and more and am always pleased to see that they seem to be growing.

The two guys were late, told us our 1000sq ft house was too big of a job. Mind you every thing was completely packed, boxes stacked, and ready to go. Me and my oldest daughter took 90% of the boxes to the side of their truck so they didnt even have to walk back and forth to the house. They were constantly stopping and griping and cussing around my kids. After the first load was loaded, I showed them to the new house. They, for a lack of a better phrase, lolly gaged around while unloading. Didnt put the right furnature in the correct places, scratched antique dressers and china hutch. (Then laughed and said oops, my bad, s**t that sucks.) After this load, I drove back the the original house, and had to wait 45 minutes for them to get there. Again my oldest daughter helped me take everything to their truck. They were throwing a fit because they still had to load up a small storage shed, which also was in boxes. By 9pm (set to start at 2, got here at 330) They were parked in the alley, I showed them the most important things to get, things that were too heavy for me to lift and move. I went back out and they are cussing and hollering because of the time, calling managers telling them they were quitting on the spot etc. Still didnt load up a huge group of heavy items, I had to call for help at 1030, for them to put it in my mothers truck to help me. Took to the new house to unload and they had a manager meet them there and help them unload, sense she denied to allow them extra help. They finished at 130am. Needless to say, we will never use them again. Horrible experience. My husband even called to talk to the manager Sherry, and she hung up on him.
