+ 0 moreI wanted to get a security system for my home and it was between ADT and another company. Everyone has their opinion of who they like and who they don't. I ended up choosing ADT because of how established the company is. When they installed the keypad I was unimpressed because of how large it was. I thought about it and decided to take advantage of ADT's 72 hour cancellation policy and cancelled the service. I told them I thought the keypad was too big and outdated. The next day the secretary was on the phone with me and offered me a smaller touch-enabled keypad along with $100 off which covered my first two months of service.

+ -1 moreIt is fine. They are just an alarm company that provides service. They were already all hooked up at the house that I bought 2 years ago. It costs $45 a month. I don't like paying that much, but it is what it is. I haven't had the need to get response from them. My contract is up in a year so I am going to reevaluate.
