Scott did a TERRIBLE job on the countertops. They were not level, he didn't remove the old formica tops before laying the tile, the grout was cracked and crumbling. They had to be taken out and redone by another contractor.
Scott did a TERRIBLE job when laying the tile throughout the house. Several tiles are hollow when stepped on; they are not level. He didn't remove the old flooring before laying the tile. Will have to be busted up and redone.
Scott did a terrible job at removing the popcorn texture. I had to hire another contractor to get the texture properly removed.
Scott lied about wiring that needed to be done in my attic. He showed me pictures of an attic from a different house, then charged me $600.00 for work that he didn't do.
Scott charged me $1200.00 for Garage Doors that he never installed. He refused to return my money.
Scott was hired to paint the house, including the new cabinets. He made a mess of everything. He sprayed dirt and dust all over the cabinets. There were drips of paint that needed to be sanded. I had to hire another crew to completely sand down the cabinets and repaint everything.

It went really well! I had to be out of town the entire time they worked on my rental property. I was nervous, but I should NOT have been...they did awesome. Very professional and kept in contact with me and answered all my questions. The showers look beautiful. They are good with custom tile as well, as we decided to do accent tiles in the showers plus custom shampoo boxes and a seat in the shower, it came out so well...so did the kitchen. We are thinking of doing another fliphouse and I'm so glad that I found someone I can trust. My husband was really happy with everything as well!! Oh AND they also finished faster than promised and I was able to list this rental on time!

Painted our 4 bedroom 2 bath house interior and exterior getting ready for a move also redid kitchen floors, countertops and backsplash and living room floors before our move. Scott, the owver, was very professional and friendly. Cheapest price in town and excellent, quality work. Would most definitely use again. We actually have him already booked to work on our new house. He is going to install new countertops for our kitchen, new backsplash, tile floors, and painting some interior rooms. Excited we found someone we can trust!
