"I apologize for not seeing this review sooner and I also apologize for not being able to recall this job. If this job address was in Amarillo it would not have been us who performed the work. But if it was in Lubbock it is possible but our normal procedure for window repair is to look at the window from the outside so we don't usually need anyone there to provide a estimate. Once it is looked at by our technician I provide a price to the customer per phone call from my office. We always let the customer know before we install and we prefer to have customers present but there are times in which we make exception if the customer prefers it, but only if we can do the installation from the outside without going in. When this method is used I always inform the customer of the policy and warn them about the issue of broken glass being in the home once we are finished even though it usually doesn't fall in or if it does it is very minimal, but it is still something I warn them about. When we install without the customer present we do not go inside nor can we get inside to get glass that may fall in. Even reaching in to the home is not company policy when the customer is not present. When the work is complete I call and let the customer know what to expect once they arrive home. I personally call each customer and tell them we will be installing so I don't know how this could happen but I certainly would like to know of any problems I am unaware of.
