ACCURATE SERVICE

My refrigerator stopped working while I was out of town.  I have a home warranty and they set up an appointment with Accurate Service.  When he showed up the first time, he didn't even pull the refrigerator away from the wall, didn't even bring his tools.  He told me that this would be a "guessing game" to find out what was causing the refrigerator to quit cooling!!    I also asked him to look into why my burner on my glass-top stove had quit working.  He wiggled a switch and said that the stove was way to complicated to take apart to test the switch and the burner.  So he ordered a fan for the refrigerator and a switch for the stove.   He came back a few days later and installed the fan, but guess what it didn't fix the problem.  He then told us that he would have to come back and vacuum the coils and could he use our vacuum cleaner!!!  I took off a couple of half days from work to wait on him-- he didn't even call and say that he wasn't going to make it.  After being stood up a twice, my husband pulled the refrigerator out and vacuumed the coils.  This still did not fix our problem.  After three weeks of trying to patient, I called the home warranty company and had them send out someone else even though I had to pay my $60.00 co-pay again.  Come to find out the compressor was bad and had to be replaced.  My refrigerator is now up and running like a champ, but no thanks to Accurate Service. Oh, and by the way,  it wasn't the switch on the stove, it was a burned out spot on the burner and I found out that the stove was not at all complicated to take apart...  I could have replaced the burner myself.    I will never let this man back in my house!!!
