Service came looked at it told us how to fix it and left after he collected $75.00.

Mike was friendly and very clean. He answered all of my questions.I will use A-1 Plumbing again & will recommend them to everyone.

After estimate, showed up promptly and finished job quickly even with a couple of surprise conditions encountered...am very pleased with the result on this project as well as numerous other smaller projects here and across town over the past decade!  A very knowledgeable and skilled bunch of hard workers!

Great - efficient!

My home warranty company contracts with A-1 to complete plumbing service requests.  I anticipated A-1 would call me upon receiving the request that I submitted through the home warranty website; however, I had to call them three days after submitting the request.  I'm unfamiliar with the service request submission process, so the 3-day turnaround may be common and may have something to do with the home warranty company.
I called A-1 on 9/11/13 to check the status of the request and to see when they'd be out to check the faucet.  30 minutes later, the guys were at my door.  After going to get parts, they returned and had the problem fixed in no time at all.  Great guys, great work.  Thank you-

Gary and Matt are outstanding.  They are very friendly over the phone and made me feel at ease with our plumbing situation.Gary is very honest and quickly identified the problem and was out the very next day to fix it.  He spend time to help me understand exactly what he was doing and why.  He also showed me the incorrect was the previous plumber installed our filter and why it was not right.Without a doubt, I will call A-1 Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.  I have also referred him to several of my neighbors.

They are two very strong christian men. They are a small company. They have come to my house numerous times because I have an older house. They have fixed the problem every time.

The job was done through my home warranty company so all I paid was the deductible. Initially when he called me on the phone he was not very professional; he actually was a bit rude. I had asked that they call me when they were on the way because I work during the day but I could meet them there if they would call me but he was already at the house and he was impatient that I was wasn't there so when we got there and came in the house, spent about five minutes and said he would be back later with my new water heater. He came back later with another guy and they installed the water heater. When they were leaving he gave me bill which was twice as much as they had originally quoted and he said they needed to put in extra parts but did not share that information with me until I asked him about it. He was disgruntled, but explained what he did. After he left there was a gas leak around the part that he put in so I had to have him come back; then have the gas company come back to turn the gas off and then on again. My husband finally had to deal with A-1 to get the situation resolved and I will never use them again.
