I was not gonna complaint. I was upset. For 2years it's always been in my system. But there is another neighbor that will hire them again. They put the fence in and they broke the waterline as well. It was the same thing that they do in my fence and also for my neighbors fence. I felt bad for my neighbor because I was the one who recommended this company to them.

"You’re right, we did your fence over 2 years ago and it still looks great…. I’m sorry that you feel compelled 2 years later to complain about the one thing we have absolutely no control over. All we can do is have the lines marked and hope they’re marked correctly. They won’t mark the lines on private property at all. Atleast we fix them at our own expense when we do hit them. Most fence companies make the customers pay for that. That’s a courtesy that we offer. I hope you continue to enjoy your fence and find things to be grateful for in life instead of dwelling on things that are out of anyones control for over 2 years…."

A Plus Fencing and Repair provided top notch and excellent service on my Fence! They were the only ones to respond to my request for a quote in a timely manner! They repaired my fence as requested quickly and efficiently! They always responded to my phone calls and my email correspondence with courtesy and professionalism! Their inexpensive quote helped me to decide that they were the best to fix my fence! Their quality of work on my fence was outstanding! I am just now adding this to Angie's list. A+ did my work over a year ago. Since that time, I've recommended Blake and his team to two additional people here in Brownfield. They too were thrilled with his work. My original review: I sent an e mail inquiry and Blake was at my house in Brownfield the next day to measure and provide an estimate. Within an hour of his departure I had a detailed estimate sent via e mail. Within two weeks (though it is a very busy time of the year for A+), the crew was here to install. The crew was courteous, professional, and very hard-working. I'm grateful now that A+ was the ONLY fence company I contacted and I recommend them highly. Currently A+ is scheduled to repair two gates for my parents. I will continue to recommend Blake and A+!

Blake Williams was great to work with. He was recommended by numerous teachers my wife works with and he lived up to his reputation. He is honest and provides cost effective work. His employees were friendly and hard working. He was willing to make modifications that we requested. He never acted like he knew more than we did. He was willing to please us. He gave us a window with bars so we could see our alleyway and driveway as we sit on our back porch. The fence looks great. He and his employees were there on time and the finished product is better than we could expect. Certainly would recommend him without any reservations and would have him do any other work we may require.

The repair went very well. Blake arrived to examine the fence and provide an estimate. He explained the root of the problem to me and told me the repair would be simple and save the fence. Blake's fence crew arrived on time and went to work. The repair was done in a few hours. I inspected the repair and the fence posts were solid and true. The repair was completed to my satisfaction. Also, during the estimate visit, Blake pointed out a potential problem in another section of my fence which could be solved with a simple reinforcement which I could do myself. I applied the reinforcement and that section of fence is now ready for a Texas wind. Blake's suggestion saved me from a bad surprise. The repair price was very reasonable.

The company rep responded within two hours of our request for an estimate. Once he emailed the estimate to me and I accepted it; they were on the job the next day. All work was done with pure professionalism. They were prompt, polite, thorough. They did not require a deposit to start the work even though I offered one. I will definitely use this company again. This is the first time I have ever given a tip to a company who worked at my house. I was that impressed with them.

Blake got in touch with me immediately and was able to go by the lot, see it firsthand, and get a quote to me the same day. I had a few questions and decisions to make about gate size, but he was able to answer all of my questions, even get me a quote for a different size gate, which gave me enough time to make an informed decision. We emailed and talked a couple of times before I gave him the go ahead to get me on the schedule. His crew installed the fence and gate over a two day period, and it was exactly what I wanted and needed. He let me pay with a credit card, which was more convenient for me. I will definitely go to him when I need additional fencing for my house and lot.

Contacted me within the day I requested an estimate. They were able to complete repair within days of my request and completed on the day they said it would be done. Didn't try to get me to replace the entire fence, but just repaired to get more life out of current fence.

First, when we called about an estimate and Blake was out that evening for the estimate. He was very friendly, honest and businesslike. He said that they would be out first thing Monday morning. His workers were out and working hard and fast on Monday morning. They were incredibly friendly and took care of business. We were told it would take two days and it took just that long. Very impressed with the quality of work. The speed at which they built the fence was awesome! We have received awesome compliments from the neighbors and if we ever need a fence company we will be calling and will recommend them to anyone who needs a new fence.

Blake and his crew did a great job! He gave me an estimate on the 27th and repaired my fence and gate on the 29th. I asked him about quite a few pickets that looked warped. He explained that the pickets were fine and they looked warped because the nails were coming out. He suggested re-nailing the pickets. I had my privacy fence installed by another company in 2011 and it was looking a little rough so I let him re-nail the entire fence. It's amazing how much better it looks now! I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone I know that needs a new fence or repair work.

I called Blake for an estimate on 03/30/2016. He came out the very same day and E-mailed me several estimates the next day. I had asked for several different estimates based on type and height of fence. Blake was more than happy to provide me 3 different estimates. Two days later on Friday, Blake was ready to set me up for installation on Monday of the next week. Because I have dogs, I had to make boarding arrangements so we set the installation for Thursday and Friday. The most important thing I can say about Blake (for me) was that he completely understood the importance of the situation with my dogs and he promised me that they would be here on the day specified AND they would wrap the job up in 2 days......he completely delivered on both promises. At times, I made some minor changes to fence line and where I wanted the gate (before installation began) and none of this presented a problem. I also made several requests during installation and Blake gladly took care of each and every request. My husband and I (and our dogs) are very happy with the completed project and I would have no problem hiring A Plus Fence again and would strongly recommend them for your fence project.

Blake came to my home to give me an estimate. This was within hours of my first call to him. I was so surprised and pleased with the prompt response. I called him back to give the OK to start work and everything was completed by the next day. I was so impressed with him and his staff. They were absolutely professional in all they did. Blake gave me a very fair quote, explained what needed to be done to improve the integrity of our fence and finished the job as soon as was possible. I will definitely be calling him for any future needs. Great Job!!!

Blake and the work done by A Plus Fence Repair could not score any higher in our books. If all contractors were like this, there would be no need for Angie's List, because everyone would have 5 Star A+ reviews. We called last summer to get quotes  on repairing and adding to our fence from several companies, and not only was Blake the fastest to respond (almost immediately), but he came out to the house that afternoon, confirmed the quote, and said he could work us in the very next day. As promised, Blake or his crew arrived and completed the job the next day while we were at work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail (including building a custom garden gate to match the style of our existing fence, which is not standard) are PERFECT. And the yard and alleyway where the work was done (building the fence/gate and pouring concrete) were SPOTLESS when we arrived home, as if no one had been here at all. We could not be more thrilled. The icing on the cake from the entire experience was Blake himself. He was so friendly and helpful and gave such great advice in solving all of our problems. We had assumed the job would be far more extensive, and expensive, as the fence in our alley had been hit by a car and was falling down. We thought a large portion would need to be replaced. Instead, Blake suggested filling the posts with concrete in the vulnerable areas (which cost almost nothing!) which straightened the fence. It looks just like new! We were so impressed with his honest, conservative approach. The man has integrity and is genuinely so nice and such a pleasure to work with. We cannot recommend him or his company highly enough.  They were excellent. The cream of the crop. We feel very confidant saying, trust these guys. You will not be disappointed.

I requested that they tear down the old fence and wait until I had some yard work done.  They came promptly, tore the old fence down and took it away.  After the yard work was done, they came and put in the new fence.  They worried that the old fence had  been too close to the gas line so moved it, with my agreement, to be even with my neighbors fence.  They didn't use premanufactured fence parts but built it from scratch with excellent quality cedar. The yard work had left some small stumps.  They cut the fence panels to fit over the stumps and told me that, in a year or so when the small stumps rotted out, they would come back and replace the fence pieces that they had trimmed at no cost to me.  They were pleasant and I have no complaints.
