"We apologize for coming across this way, that is never our intention. The fireplace can change drastically from year to year depending on many variables. This is why the national fire protection agency recommends inspecting the fireplace yearly. When we inspect a fireplace we are very thorough in order to inform our customers of any possible problems. We offer to repair or improve the fireplace system to make it the best it can be. If customers wish for us not to perform any repairs we do not pressure them, but we belief giving them all the information we can about there perticular system is important for safety and efficiency."

place several 2x6 beams at opposing angles of the current braces and
relieved the pressure on the current bowing 2x4's the builder had placed
some 15 years ago. I asked him if he could also insulate skylight
chase in the attic. He looked at it, gave me specifications of what
materials were needed to purchase, and while he cut and installed
braces, I went to the home supply store and purchased the materials. He
and his assistant were courteous, very respectful of cleanliness in the
home, and performed the tasks quickly and professionally. When the job
was complete, I was very satisfied with the quality of all tasks
performed. They were both very polite and appreciative for the
business. I would highly recommend and will use A and A Chimney Sweep
whenever their services are needed.
