Zettler Plumbing Co

Zettler came and repaired the pipe on the outside of the house, where the gas company had detected the leak.
They did not pressure test the house.  When the gas company came to turn the gas on and did the pressure test, they said it was still leaking, probably elsewhere...and probably under the pier & beam house.  They would not turn gas back on and said to call the plumber.  They said he should have done a pressure test.
We called Zettler that day, but he did not return the call  It was late Friday on a Holiday weekend (July 4) so we thought he might be gone and we would wait till Monday.  We called twice Monday and once Tuesday, to his home/office and to his cell.  He never did return the call.  We had to find another plumber to complete the work. 
He might have not wanted to crawl under the house, but should have at least called and told us that.  This lack or response is very unprofessional.  I have heard he is known for this and do not know how he stays in business.  I guess he has more than he needs so he does not worry about it.

We have not received a bill, so I do not know what or if he will charge for his service.  He did put in about 12 ft. stainless pipe, and I know that was expensive.   If we get a bill, we will be as prompt to pay it as he was to return our calls.
