We went to out to dinner and came home and our outside A/C unit was not working. We called after 5:00 on Friday and left a phone message. Call was returned about 45 min.later and Mr. Willis was at our home in about 20 min. and fixed our unit. We are elderly with large inside dogs that we could not take to a motel room. The prospect of spending the night without A/C on such a hot day was pretty gruesome. We were surprised he made it so quickly, but Mr. Willis told us he liked to keep his customers happy. He made us very happy.
Our previous A/C man retired and we chose Willis Climate Control out of the phone book, because his add specifically stated he worked on our brand of unit. What luck to find him. He has serviced the unit three times over the past several years, including helping us with a warranty claim on the coil, and then subsequently finding that the circuit boards on the heating unit were fried due to a lightening strike. He has our highest recommendation.

Mr. Willis promptly returns calls to advise when he will arrive to service your unit. He stays on the job until completed, he works fast and his pricing is reasonable. What else could you ask for?
