Excellent! Shelly did a nice job. I am new to the area and found Upper Cuts on "Angies List". I had the same hairdresser (on the east coast) for years so finding the perfect person was a challenge. My hair is a priority! I am extremely happy especially when I received so many compliments! I will return, and next time add a cut too.

Veronica has cut my hair 3 times and I always like the cut and style when she is finished. This is the first time I had her color and highlight my hair and it looks terrific. In fact I liked every thing so much I went back two days later and asked to purchase all the products she had used on my hair. Veronica wasn't there but someone else gladly assisted me and got me fixed up with a root lifter, spray to protect my hair from the damage of flat ironing and hair spray. I really like the service, the products and the results!!!!!

I called her at the last minute because I had one opening in my own life to get this done. She saw me immediately. The cut was perfect - she did the color with highlights - I chose light but needed it a bit darker. She did exactly what I said - light initially but she did not say and quot;tough luckand quot; or even look as if she was perturbed when I said and quot;Oh my. I really need it darker.and quot; Instead - she grabbed her colors and made it darker - not eliminating the conditioner which I needed after the processing. THIS SORT OF STYLIST IS VERY RARE. She did EVERYTHING with a smile. No one like her. You will not be sorry. - Her name is Veronica and quot;Vernand quot; for short. She has a smile on her face.

She is honest. She will tell me if something looks good or bad. She won't mess up my hair. She does a good job on my husband and children's hair as well. I am happy with the service that she provides.
