I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Avalon from this dealership. They had the model with the desired options. I live in the DFW are and bought the car sight unseen except for pictures on the internet. They made the process easy with no pressure and they were always courteous and professional. They even delivered the car to me at no extra charge. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from them in the future. My only complaint was that the car was not as detailed and cleaned up as much as I would have liked. The windshield had more nicks than I like. But as I stated I bought the car sight unseen. If I had seen it before it was delivered to me I would have insisted they install another windshield.

I am completely satisfied with their services. The Toyota has been designed in such a way that the only thing that needs to be done is an oil change for every 1, 00,000 miles. The maintenance cost is lower. I am pleased that it has got side and front air bags and the car handles quite well. The thing that I find interesting about it is that there are two motors in the Toyota cars; one the gasoline which is about 76 horsepower and the other is the 50 kilowatt electric motor which is over 60 horsepower; it is probably down rated because the battery allows it only till about 25 kilowatts. When I drive in the expressway, the engine comes in and the electric motor kicks in and there is nothing on the highway that will catch me for the first 200 kilometers. If I try and pass a big truck when I am cruising at about 68 on the expressway, by the time I get by the truck I am at about 80 miles an hour. Toyota cars are safe that way. I need to get the transmission oil changed. If I could afford it, I would have put one more Toyota Prius in my driveway.
