They have zero communication with me. I hired them in July and not once did they set up an appointment to do the work. Why are the even on home advisor if they cant do the job. I would of gave them zero stars if that was a option. Worst customer service of any company that I have worked with on Home Advisor. Dont waste your time working with this company. They will waste your time. Home Advisor should be ashamed of there selves even having this company as a vender.

Contractor kept me informed on all aspects of the job. Consulted with me on any changes to plan. The crew was well organized and worked fast. They cleaned up when the job was completed.

I had a small job so it took a little while to get in their schedule. Once here, they did good work, including coming back to repair three small spots.

Installed beautiful winding driveway up a hill no less. Also installed a large concrete pad for storage and carport. I am a retired property manager and after meeting Mr. Torres I knew almost instantly that I wanted him to do my project. I can spot a winner a mile away. I cannot say enough about his work. Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and follow through. Concrete work is actually an art form which Mr. Torres definitely exhibited. If you have a project that you want done properly and beautifully you need to hire Mr. Torres.

Prompt response. Excellent quality of work. Fast-working crew. Built cement steps and 3 handicapped ramps, as well as a drainage diversion. A half-day to set up the forms, a half-day to pour and level the concrete.

Israel Torres is very professional. He did a good assessment of my projects and gave a fair estimate. On the day of the project he and his team arrived early and got straight to work. They worked diligently and tirelessly throughout the day and made sure the patio and the foundation for my shed were perfect! End result was a beautiful and flawless patio and solid foundation for my shed!

When Mr. Torres and his crew arrive at site they get to work. My slab was perfectly square, level, and finished. We got rained out a couple of times and communication during the week was awesome. He even answered newbie questions I had via texts during the week. I will use them again and send him to my friends and family. It is nice to have a concrete guy in your contacts that does great work for a great price.
