He asked about any problems we had and we mentioned spiders. He looked under a cabinet by the front door and a bookcase. After that he explained the pricing then said he needed to go outside. We figured he was starting the inspection outside and five min later he knocked on our door and said he was all done (we watched him on our sec camera go straight to his car and sit in it for five min then come back to our front door) and when did we want to set up service.

We told him we needed the service for next week and he said he would send us an email and left. He was here a total of nine minutes. We called and told the company and were transferred to four different people before they finally cancelled the service. We were told the SECOND tech was coming for the real inspection and the first tech did the termite inspection (?) The termites would have had to been in his car or the front walk as that's the only place he was at.

The first time we talked to the company they said a tech would be out for an inspection that would last over and hour...?

Very frustrating, we will look for someone smaller and local and try them. We won't call terminex again.

I have used the company for about 5-6 years. Their service has gone very well. They have been able to keep the pests away. My husband primarily deals with the company. They come out regularly each year.

I have been using the company for about 9 years. Their pricing has gone up over the years. The staff is very polite and courteous when they visit. I am picky about when people come into my house, but they make sure to ask if they should take their shoes off. They always let me know by phone and email when they will be coming and give me enough time to change the appointment if I need to. I have up to 24 hours to change the time. They come out pretty regularly each year.

I have been using the company since 2001. I have not been too happy with the technician who has been coming out recently. He stands out about 10 feet from the house when he sprays for pests. That has been concerning me. I have also been seeing scorpions in the house. I have been trying to call the local office about the issue and I keep getting their California office. There is one technician I really like but I have not been able to get him back out to my home. I am somewhat satisfied with their service but would be happier if they sent out a different technician. He also never calls ahead to let me know when he is coming out. I never know how long he is out, as well.

I have used the company for about 4 years. They took over for a local pest company I was using. I like that I do not have to be home while they do the service. They come out quarterly for the external pest control. They always email to let me know when they will be coming out and they always come when they say they will.

I have used the company for about 4-5 years. I would highly recommend the company. The technicians do great work and are very reliable. They are also very honest, prompt, polite and thorough. Every technician we have ever had has been very personable and easy to talk with. They come out quarterly and always call ahead to let us know when they will be coming out. It is very easy to contact them when I need them to come out.

It was our first and only time using the company. The service went fine. They were able to get rid of the pests by stopping a leak. The technicians were efficient workers. We had no problem scheduling the service or contacting the company.

I have been using the company for about 20 years. There have been termite issues a few time and they come out right away to repair the damage. That was about 14 years ago and I have not had an issue since. The pricing has gone up over the years but I do not mind because the service is so great. One technician typically comes out to inspect my small cabin. They come out for the inspection regularly once a year. If there are any other issues I am having all I have to do is call them to come out.

Their service went okay. We were under contract with them for years. We ended up switching to a cheaper pest control company. Another problem we had is that they stopped letting us know when they were coming out. We have 5 dogs that need to be put away so that became a huge issue. The technicians did fine work. They did stop doing the termite inspections along the line as well.

I think their pricing is way too high. We are looking for a new pest control company now. It has taken 2-3 times get them out to out to take care of the issue. They are bad at following through. The technicians are not super friendly or knowledgeable. I never have an issue with contacting them.

Scheduling is very easy and they come out regularly. I always know approximately what time of the month they will be coming and they always give me a reminder call 2 days prior to the service.

When I first moved to my house I had a bad roach infestation and they have kept the issue at bay. The staff is very nice. We have gotten to know the technician who comes out normally and he is very nice. He gets along will with my animals. They always call before coming out and scheduling is very easy.

Not good.  They made the visit every 3 months and supposedly sprayed. I was having water bugs, spiders galore, killing stinging scorpions and all kind of bugs you have in Texas in the summer.  I was paying $100.00 every 3 months and did not feel that I was getting a fare deal from them.  The dates above are approximate times.  I did not go back through my bank statements to find the correct dates.  They drew a draft on my bank account

Not well at all.  I was killing spiders, stinging scorpions and water bugs a week after they had sprayed.  Two weeks after, I found a roach in a kitchen drawer.  I am very clean and this is not a reflection on me

Had to explain all over that this was not an initial visit but a follow up under the service contract.  He put down some more chemical outside the house by the area of infestation and left.
(Follow up to today 7/24/13)...  We found additional termites in our kitchen  pantry last week and they were swarming.   Called terminex to schedule an appointment and on the day of the appointment no one showed up or called.  I called the company three times that day and each time was routed to a different part of the country where the representative left voice mail and email messages to the local technician and area manager to contact me.   I never heard from them.   Called again the next day and once again they sent email and left voice messages.  Also the rep on the phone could not put me in touch with any supervisor.
I will be following this up with legal action through my lawyer for breech of contract and suit for damages.

insects were taken care of and fast the mice however continue to be an issue almost a year after initial treatment
