I would like to thank Will for taking time to discern my needs! This lasted almost 20 minutes. Even though I could not use the service this time round, I would seriously consider them for needs in future. I mention the 20 minutes because that meant he took time to really understand my situation, the time needed, the labor needed, etc. While of course, I am stating that I felt listened to. I also slipped in a short story about my beloved grandmother that Will listened to patiently. As she would say, even when you meet others by accident, time is never wasted. Will suggested another option as I would to be able to use his service time wise. I hope other businesses will act in kind if they are not able to meet the customers' needs.
