I made an appointment for 7am start time. I got a message at 6am asking can she come 5 hours later at 11am because she was babysitting and whoever she was watching no one came back for them. It didn't make sense and was unprofessional. If she couldn't take the job she should not have booked it. I was really looking forward to not having to clean and was looking for possible continued service which is why I got the membership. I'm canceling everything. This really put me in a bad situation.
