We paid Heather and James Ryan Gaston $6,000 deposit in April to do a patio extension. After many delays (most rain, but several delays on their part) demo began after Memorial Day and after even more excuses and delays, concrete was finally poured on 7/8/21. We paid our 2nd payment of $6,000 and was told they would be here to start work. Since then they have changed their business name (PRISTINExteriors turned to PRISTINE on Google Maps, Exteriors Pristine on FB) and now they are marked "permanently closed" on Google maps. Their business phone number no longer have a business voicemail and they will not respond to our calls. Do not do business with these people. We have lost $6,000. Not sure how they look their 3 girls in the face knowing they are ripping people off!

These people are thieves. We hired them and paid $ up front. Their service and professionalism was not at all impressive. They took our money, didn’t pay the subcontractors. Didn’t get anything completed Update as of 1/5/2021: This is not true. So where is the material at? I haven’t seen any material. You can’t just buy material for my project and not deliver. In your email on Nov 10th you stayed that you would use my material on another project and then issue a refund. Again, you are nothing but a crook. You were not licensed to work in Louisiana. Where is my material that you supposedly purchased.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I hope this response finds you well. As with most contracting companies we do require a certain percentage paid up front along with a signed contract to begin the process of any project. After we received your first draw we began the first phase which was your outdoor fireplace. About a week or so into it you notified us that you had lost your job and needed a refund. Although we felt awful that you had become unemployed, there was material that had already been purchased with the money we received from you. Materials such as lumber (which we were going to use in the next phase of your project) cannot be returned. All of this was explained to you on an email dated November 10. We wish you and your family a Happy New Year, and truly hope that things turn around for you."

Review My husband and I have used PRISTINExteriors for many outdoor projects over the years. We had our sidewalk stamped a few years ago. We were so please with the whole process that we had them come back to resurface our pool deck and build a small outdoor kitchen. I highly recommend them for all outdoor renovations!
