Paula Lopez of Premier Nationwide Lending in Longview, TX is AMAZING! She helped me with two home purchases. She is very knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, flexible with your requests, connected in the community to refer you to other providers you need during the home buying process, and provided excellent advice on improving my spouse's credit rating.
When another bank/credit union was not able to provide pre-approval, Paula had access to programs/products that they didn't and she was able to pre-approve me in minutes. She was always available if I had questions about the process, when I needed documentation for my realtor she turned the requests around immediately. I honestly can't say enough or provide a higher recommendation for her.
