Excellent. These ladies are great painters. I have already hired them to do more work. I highly recommend.

I really can not get over how good a job these ladies did. Not only did they work quickly, but precisely. The work was pristine and extremely affordable. I am pretty picky and I had trouble finding any errors. they worked with my budget and allowed me to use my own paint that I had on hand, which was nice.

Powder Puff Painters presents a very professional image up front, because it is the owner you meet and get the estimate from. The level of professionalism you get with the estimate is not the level of professionalism that will walk in the door to do the work.
The owner and team leader claim to be very experienced, professional painters, yet they do not tape, do not drape, and paint
over hardware. The team leader was on the phone constantly, including answering a phone call from a friend (not a business call) in the middle of my trying to have a conversation with her about the work being done. She did not take clear notes on my directives, and I was constantly having to correct her. For instance, I had stated up front a number of times that nothing was to be painted with oil based paint, yet I enter the work area and they were using oil based paint.
I was constantly pressured to allow them to do things the way they think they should be done, including using the paint
brand they want to use. I had determined that I would be using Sherwin Williams paint, for consistency throughout multiple units,
but was hounded to use Olympic, until in a weak moment I agreed. I discovered near the end of the work that I did not get Olympic paint, what I got was 4 different paint manufacturers, 2 of which are unknown. The longer the job went on, the more times the team leader had to be corrected. Including a mud texture job that was supposed to be minimal texture, wound up being the exact opposite, included a range of textures from minimal to heavy, and looked like a kindergartners work. In the end, I escorted them out, having just discovered another mistake (back of bathroom door was painted the wrong color, once again a failure to record and follow directive), in order to end the headache and get them off my property. They will not be back.

These ladies did a quality job! They finished the job in the time they stated and at the estimate given. I am very happy with the results.

The best painters I have ever seen. She is the owner and she has painters for her and one of them the best one is Caryn Reynold. She did it in a day. The price was very reasonable. I would use them in the future.

Owner of company was attentive when securing job with proposal etc. When job started turned it over to her and quot;foremanand quot;. Never saw her again. When I had problems had to deal with foreman. Had major issues with husband of owner. He was suppose to power wash trim on outside of house and when I got home he had power washed PPP (for Powder Puff Painters) in capital letters at least two foot high on sidewalk in front of front door and also on back patio in corner which looked like grafatti. He made rude comments about the mildew problem I had and once again the owner of the company made no contact with me. He finally came back and cleaned off the PPP and blew holes in the trim because he had bought this new washer and didn't realize how powerful it was. Had to have carpenter out to replace trim. (They paid for this). Left long ladder propped up along side of my house for over a month before picking up. Employees took frequent breaks and on phone a lot. Some were smokers and left their butts on my lawn. I had bought brand NEW washer and dryer and when painter screwed knobs back on cabinet front they knelt on their knees and made indentations in metal on top of washer and dryer. Foreman came to my home after job done and asked for contribution to her son's school trip which I thought was out of line. All in all very disappointed with job, professionalism and would never use again.

They work hard, they get here on time. They do a good job, and there was one woman on the team who actually stayed and did lots of extra cleaning - she just really went the extra mile. They had done some, they didn't just paint they did mud-work too, so that can be messy sometimes, so she came in and did lots of extra cleaning. Actually came back and fixed a few areas that needed to be fixed too.
We're going to have them back again towards the end of the summer.
