They called and let me know they would be at my house in 15 minutes which gave me time to get there from my office. They were very professional and fixed my sink quickly. I would definitely use them again.

They are a quality plumbing company. We have had really good service out of them. I used a referral when I hired them. They did an excellent job. With regard to price, they are fair. Their quality of work is dependable. They were as prompt as they could be. We had a major freeze in our area. We live in Texas, so we are not used to freezes. They had a lot of emergency calls, and mine just happened to be one of them. With regard to punctuality, it was as efficient as possible and fair. They tell me ahead of time when they will be there instead of making me wait forever. They are very professional.

Pither has been to my home numerous times while we are remodeling our bathroom. Every time they have been great in every respect. They are a bit high on the price but you get what you pay for! Quality craftsmanship at a fair price.

They came in a bit lower on price than I expected but it was still a big hit to the wallet. I you want reliable quality work by competent professionals then Pither is worth every penny!

I called this plumber to come to my home to locate a leak as my water bill had suddenly increased last August and there were no obvious leaks inside or outside the house. The local water department had determined the meter had in fact been read properly and that there must be a leak someplace. This man was not friendly (actually rather surly - his apprentice was very courteous and clearly smarter!) and was not very forthcoming with price information when questioned. I am on an extremely tight budget and needed at least a ballpark number as to what I could expect to be charged before I could let them begin work.
He consistently presumed the leak was under the slab (which later was determined not to be the case) and that it would cost an additional $150 just to start the the machine necessary to locate this type of leak. He attached a pressure meter to my backyard faucet and stated and quot;there is definitely a leak somewhere!and quot; No kidding! By this time I was becoming extremely frustrated concerned that the $105 I was spending to find out simply where the leak was was a total waste. While the plumber was in the backyard fiddling with the pressure gauge his apprentice actually located the leak in the front yard next to a large tree (the ground was moist and the area was covered by leaves which is why it had not been obvious before). This company quoted an exorbitant amount of money to repair only the section of line necessary compared to another local firm.
Pither Plumbing did not even suggest the same type of procedure the other company did - I have planned to use this other firm because the plumber came to my home and helped me determine the best solution for my problem AT NO CHARGE! For LESS money, the other firm (which I will certainly rate highly on your site after the work has been done) will be replacing my entire water line from meter to house with and quot;pexand quot; line. I would never recommend Pither Plumbing to anyone. The reason for the lower cost with the other firm is the pex line is easier and faster to install which will lower the labor cost significantly.

Pither Plumbing came and did their work. I had no problems with them. I would use their services in the future.

I will not recommend them to anyone. My issues are still not fixed and we needed to call somebody else to get it fixed.

I had a pipe broken under my slab. This company came out and used a camera to find the location of the break. Then gave me an estimate of $1300, but told me if they ran in to complications this was just an estimate and it could cost more. They did a fine job and in a timely manner and when the work was completed I received a bill for $800, ($500) less than the estimate. The bill was broken down by labor and material, so it was easy to see that they charged me correctly. Sounds good? Now you’re wondering why I gave them an F rating. A day before I received the bill in the mail, the owner called me and said; a mistake had been made and to disregard the bill I would be receiving in the mail, and that they were sending me out a new bill.

When I received the first bill I was delighted that it was less than the estimate, the hourly charge matched the time the plumber was at my house and the material charge looked correct as well. So I called the owner and asked what was wrong with this bill? I informed him that the plumber was at my house for the correct hrs billed and the material was billed correctly too. Mr. Pither let me know that the job was for $1300. I argued that the job was estimated at $1300, and reminded him that I was told it was just an estimate and if they ran into problems or there were other breaks in the pipe they didn’t see on the camera it could cost more. Mr. Pither agreed that the $1300 was just a minimum estimate, but did not want to charge me what was fair and reasonable (labor and material). I let Mr. Pither know that I was paying him $800, and if he wanted the other $500 he would have to take me to court, of course he never did, and I never used his company again. Mr. Pither’s greed cost him this customer, and others as well. When friends ask for recommendations the first thing we say is stay away from Pither plumbing, the practice by this company is untrustworthy and greedy.

At first there was a problem. They brought the wrong part. Then, when he returned, he was still missing something. The third time, the man who came was not the plumber, but his helper and he did a poor job of installing the fixture. (It was loose and there was a gap between the fixture and the wall, also it was up-side down.) I called and told them about it, and they send someone who quickly repaired the mistake.

This repair took place at my son's house and I had reccommended Pithers. I was the one who called and complained. I knew they would fix it because I have used them for years and have been delighted with their service. I spoke with Brandy Pither and she made sure the correction was made promptly and correctly.

My experience wih Pithers goes back many years. I have lived here for 30 years. Everytime I have called, either to clean out a pipe or to replace a toilet they have been prompt., polite, and clean, as well as accurate in their repairs. I feel they are outstanding in consistent service.

I have used pither plumbing a total of 4 times in the past 5 years and have always received prompt, professional service. The total cost was always what I expected and yes, I will call them next time I need a plumber.
