Needed help with an item behind locked glass. Someone came and showed me all the items and explained how they worked. They then took me back to the front to check me out personally.

They carry a wide variety of pet supplies. They have good sales. The employees are generally available and willing to help. There has only been 1 time that was not the case, so overall a good experience.

I think when Tina saw how hard it was for me to hold my dog. she should have started with the control the first night (lesson ) so that I could control him the other lessons. I think she should get right into the lesson and not talk so much about other things. That is my complaint.
