Awful! The day I called they told me they could get a technician out that day. They then called back and said it would be the next day before noon. He was 3 hours late. I had asked to make sure he had a brochure for me to look at. He left it with previous client so had no samples to see. He showed me doors on his phone that I could barely see but I found one I thought I liked. He told me he could put the order in that day and it would be here the following week and someone would call to install as soon as it came in. So in order to save time I went ahead and ordered. By end of next week no door and no call. I called and it took hours to get a return call. The lady Christie told me there was a manufacturer issue but it would definitely be here next week and they would get it installed promptly. No call the following week. I called near end of week. No one knew the status of my door. I then asked for a refund for the half I paid upfront and to cancel the door and their services since they could not and did not keep there time frame they assured me of. A lady told me everyone had left for the day but took notes and gave me a work order and told me someone would call me by 10 am to issue a refund and she apologized for the issues. I called at 9:30 another message was left. By 11:40 I called back and demanded to speak to a mgr to issue a refund so I could get a company to actually get me a garage door installed. They finally put the so called service coordinator on the phone who told me she'd called me twice. She did not. I had no missed calls. She had emailed though and said " you're door just came in but we can't install for another week!!! " Really?? You're already late and you still put me off. I told her I'd like a refund of what I'd paid. She said no it was a custom order. Well that wasn't true because the salesman said they order that door a lot and if they order full doors and only use one or two panels they keep the others for other jobs. So I knew she wasn't telling the truth. She was raising her voice and talking over me and refused to refund my money on the item I never received. I told her I was going to my bank to explain the issue and file a dispute. She said go ahead we deal with that all the time and I'll tell you we usually win." Well that right there let's you know how many dissatisfied customers they get. So I went to my bank and told what had happened. The person at my bank said an employee there had the same issue with this company and they had to stop payment on a check. Apparently according to another company I called today after leaving my bank they have a reputation for this sort of thing. And the price I was going to pay for that door I could get for nearly half at another local company I found out today. So please beware of this company. They lie and then refuse to make their errors right or refund on items you never received. Awful awful company!!
