I moved into my new house in July 2014. The garage doors were brand new. In August, I found that one of the doors would no longer open. My builder referred me to Overhead Door to have them fixed. The repairman came in a couple of days. He said the motorized opener had failed and was part of a factory recall. He replaced the motor with a new one and everything works fine now. There was no charge for the new motor or even a service charge for him to come out.
